QMAX is a state-of-the-art machine designed especially for rubber glove industries to test for pin holes using clean dry compressed air and is monitored by pressure sensors. All data are transmitted to the PC for diagnosis and selection. This system is fully programmable for multifunctions. At the PC level, there are data logs, reports, program settings and data queries. Testing rate is 3000 pieces of gloves an hour using two operators. This machine is capable of testing both latex and nitrile gloves and is designed to operate 24 hours a day.

There are several international and leading local glove manufacturers in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia which have adapted the QMAX system into their inspection and packaging lines especially for the testing of surgical gloves. The reliability and accuracy of the QMAX system is the main reason for customers’ satisfaction when using this method to test their gloves.
